Cost cutting is a way of life in business.

With our system, we will help contribute to your efforts by more than doubling the life of a normal working battery. As previous stated, formation of sulfate on battery plates can inhibit the flow of electricity; this formation can reach a point discharge rate reduced greatly or no longer will hold a charge. Commonly in business this battery is thought to be dead, no longer of any use and replaced with a very expensive replacement. In actuality there is plenty of life and potential left in the battery. What is required is a method to remove the sulfate material from the plates thus allowing the battery to be recharged. This is the restoration process and usually can be done at a faction of cost of a new battery,

 

Reasons for declining battery efficiency and effectiveness.

Depending on the cause of declining battery efficiency and effectiveness, the recovery results varies.

The two most common causes of a declining battery is; -Sulfate crystal build up that prevents the charging and discharging of the battery -Physical damage that was caused hardening sulfation, cracking the plates thus causing breakage of the plates and reducing the charging surface area required. The first cause is restorable using our methods but once physical damage is done nothing can be applied to that cell to restore it.

During electrical discharge of a lead acid battery, lead sulfate crystals tend to form on the surfaces of lead plates that do not revert back to its original chemical make-up under normal charging.  This phenomenon is called sulfation.  Lead sulfate crystals resist flow of electricity.  Left as is, the battery will ultimately lose its ability to adequately store and dissipate charges.
